We can deliver across the UK, in most locations apart from Northern Ireland and the Highlands - so we can meet you wherever you are!

If you'd like to bring meals with you from home, we recommend putting them in a cool bag with ice packs until they can be put back in the freezer.

Once defrosted in the fridge, they can last 24 hours.
